This property is an ideal family holiday, very suitable for families with young children wanting a relaxing holiday. The lawned garden offers plenty of room for children to play. The nearest beach is only about 4 km from the house as well the old town Pollença with its many shops and restaurants. The house is very well presented and furnished in a local style with air conditioning in all bedrooms. The private swimming pool has comfortably furnished sun terraces by well kept lawns. The covered dining terrace with its BBQ is an ideal area for relaxed lunches and evening cocktails. Next to the pool is a poolside shower room. For sports enthusiasts table tennis is provided. (Air conditioning is included 10 hours per day on a timer)
