The beach "Playa de la Grava" in Javea with its beautiful promenade is only a 5 minute drive from the apartment and a large supermarket and numerous restaurants are within walking distance. The residence is well maintained and the beautiful garden with its large community pool is ideal to relax and perfect for children. The complex is completely fenced. From the terrace you have views over the pool area and the community garden. The apartment is on the 1st Floor and is accessible via a lift. The apartment has a central air system (hot/cold against extra payment).
